Property Description
Award winning architect Eric Spry designed this stunning contemporary home on a rarely available fully serviced 1.6 acre view lot in a gated Carefree community. The soaring roof that captures the entirety of Black Mountain, the harmonious interior with exterior design and meticulous construction earned this home a feature in the December 2023 issue of Phoenix Home and Garden. Jaw dropping unobstructed vistas of Black Mountain, mature saguaros and granite boulders greet you at the front door of this 3136 square ft 4 bedroom, 3½ bath masterpiece completed in 2022. The interior is replete with artfully sophisticated details that enhance connection to the outdoors. This home is a triumph in contemporary residential architecture that truly reflects the spirit of the Sonoran desert.
